The Burr Ridge Park District is accepting bids for a contract with the District for the construction of the Harvester Park Recreation Improvements

Work will include concrete walks and paving, sport court color coat and striping, tennis and pickleball fixtures, chain link fencing, electrostatic painting, turf restoration, and utility work.

Work will include temporary soil erosion and sediment control, earthwork, drainage, asphalt paving for walking paths, concrete paving for walks, curbs, and footings, and the installation of: playground equipment; activity obstacles; picnic shelter; gaga ball pit; site furnishings; play surfacing - engineered wood fiber, artificial turf; native plantings and educational signage; turf grass seeding; and landscaping.

Work will include temporary soil erosion and sediment control measures/maintenance, earthwork operations, concrete paving and footings, unit paving removal and reinstallation, shelter installation, new electric service, shelter lights and outlets, and turf grass sod.

Work will include construction of gazebo, bench, electrical, lighting, concrete paving and foundations.

This project will be constructed under two separate bid packages, Base Bid #1: Site Work and Base Bid #2: Architecture. The work in both bid packages will be constructed simultaneously.

Work will include site clearing and pavement removals, grading, stormwater improvements, concrete and unit paving, topsoil stockpiling, import and placement, building vestibule addition, performance stage / storage building, shade structures, stone veneer walls, custom entry arbor and hobbit residence façade, site power and lighting, site furnishings, recirculating water feature, irrigation, and planting installation.

Work will include temporary soil erosion and sediment control measures and maintenance, site clearing, earthwork operations, asphalt paving, concrete curbs, seatwalls, footings, walks and paving, site furnishings, shelter installation, playground equipment installation, fitness equipment installation, swing bench installation, pour-in-place rubber play surfacing, engineered wood fiber play surfacing, playground underdrainage, storm utilities, wood fencing, chain link fencing and gates, sport court surfacing, planting and turf grass seeding.

Work will include: site preparation, construction fencing, temporary soil erosion and sediment control, site removals and clearing, earthwork, excavation, and grading, cast-in-place concrete foundations and footings, pedestrian asphalt paving, sport court asphalt paving (color coat and striping), pedestrian concrete paving, picnic shelter installation, permanent lawn games, landscaping, native seed planting, and turf seed restoration.
