The Rolling Meadows Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for Community Center Park Improvements.
Work will include asphalt and concrete paving, challenge course installation, 40 Yard dash installation,
shelter installation, bag toss game installation, mini golf course installation, pickleball court installation,
artificial turf surfacing, shuffleboard installation, gates, fencing, drinking fountain, and site furniture
installation and sub-drainage.
Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after
10:00 A.M. on May 2, 2024 from Accurate Reprographics 2368 Corporate Lane, Suite 100, Naperville,
Illinois 60563, 630.428.4433 www.hitchcockplanroom.com. Bidding documents are available at the
non-refundable cost of reproduction.
Bids will be accepted at the Rolling Meadows Park District, 3000 Central Road, Rolling Meadows, Illinois
60008, during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the
Contractor’s name and address, and “Community Center Park Improvements” on the face of the envelope.
Bids must be received no later than May 22, 2024, 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened on May 22, 2024, 1:00
PM at the Rolling Meadows Park District, 3000 Central Road, Rolling Meadows, Illinois 60008. All bidders
will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond per the amount of 10% of the Base
Bid, payable to the Rolling Meadows Park District.
The Rolling Meadows Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all
proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be
withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Rolling
Meadows Park District. The Rolling Meadows Park District encourages minority business firms to
submit bids on this project and the successful contract bidder to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors
for supplies, equipment, services, and construction. Questions should be directed to Joseph

This project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources,
“Open Space Land Acquisition & Development” (OSLAD) grant program. Work must comply with grant
requirements.
