Work will include site clearing, earthwork operations, storm sewer, asphalt paving, concrete curbs, walks and paving, fencing, and seeding. This is a prevailing wage project.
All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Town of Normal.
This project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, “Open Space Land Acquisition & Development” (OSLAD) grant program.
The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
