Prospect Park Courts Renovation

The Clarendon Hills Park District does hereby invite sealed bids for Prospect Park Courts Renovation. Work will include concrete walks and paving, sport court color coat and striping, tennis and pickleball fixtures, chain link fencing, electrostatic painting, turf restoration, and utility work.

Project manuals, including bid form and specifications, and construction documents are available after 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 17, 2025 from Accurate Reprographics, 2368 Corporate Lane, Suite 100, Naperville, Illinois 60560, (630) 428-4433, www.hitchcockplanroom.com. Bidding documents are available at the non-refundable cost of reproduction.

Bids will be accepted at the Clarendon Hills Park District, 315 Chicago Avenue, Clarendon Hills, Illinois 60514, during regular office hours. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Contractor’s name and address, and “Bid for Prospect Park Courts Renovation,” on the face of the envelope. Bids must be received no later than 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 8, 2025. Bids will be opened on 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the Clarendon Hills Park District 315 Chicago Avenue, Clarendon Hills, Illinois 60514.

The Clarendon Hills Park District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, parts of any and all proposals, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Clarendon Hills Park District.
